About the Role
The AMC are seeking expressions of interest from engineers based in Adelaide and Melbourne who can join our rapidly growing engineering team. As part of a high performing team, you will be critical to supporting the delivery of Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) capabilities to Defence. There is the opportunity to work with leading experts from both AMC and our customers to deliver complex solutions to Defence.
AMC are looking for Aerospace, Mechanical and Systems Engineers with 2 or more years of experience. The below experience would also be an advantage:
- Experience working with guided weapons or associated sub-systems.
- Knowledge of Guidance Navigation and Control systems.
- Experience working in Model Based Systems Engineering; Verification and Validation; Modelling, Simulation and Analysis; and/or Requirements Engineering.
- Knowledge of the design and manufacture of mechanical and aeronautical technologies typically associated with modern guided weapons, advanced munitions and complex Defence materiel.
- Knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Capability Life Cycle.
- Experience in working as part of a small specialist team with regular customer engagement.
All roles will require the minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Engineering or Science Degree and the candidate must be an Australian Citizenship with eligibility to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance (AGSVA).

About the Role
The AMC are seeking expressions of interest from engineers based in Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane or Melbourne who can join our rapidly growing engineering team. As part of a high performing team, you will be critical to supporting the delivery of Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) capabilities to Defence. There is the opportunity to work with leading experts from both AMC and our customers to deliver complex solutions to Defence.
AMC are looking for Electrical/Electronic Engineers with 5 or more years of experience. Experience in one or more of the below would also be an advantage:
- Experience working with guided weapons or associated sub-systems
- Knowledge of tactical sensors and practical skills in the application of image-based sensing technologies
- Understanding of software-intensive systems design, developmental testing, operational evaluation, and commercialisation aspects
- Experience delivering Model Based Systems Engineering; Verification and Validation; Modelling, Simulation and Analysis; and/or Requirements Engineering
- Knowledge of the design and manufacture of mechanical and aeronautical technologies typically associated with modern guided weapons, advanced munitions and complex Defence materiel.
- Knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Capability Life Cycle Engineering.
- Experience in working as part of a small specialist team with regular customer engagement will be an advantage.
